Our 5 Step Process
Once you lodge a complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt in between 1-3 business days, confirming that your request has been sent to the concerned department.
Your complaint is reviewed and assessed in case there is a need for any additional information or documentation that will help the team to speed up the process.
Once reviewed, your complaint is investigated impartially to find a resolution, usually between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the gravity of the complaint.
Following a thorough investigation, your email will be responded to with all the necessary information and findings that the team has been able to source out including the action we are taking to remedy the situation.
